Back in September, hubby and I headed to the Netherlands to attend my cousins wedding at Kasteel de Wittenberg. As the theme was tropical chic, I couldn’t resist wearing one of my Rotate Birger Christensen dresses. It’s called the Noon Dress. I thought it would be fitting to wear this dress since it has tulips on it. This dress has a puffy shoulder, fitted waist, and an open back that I am just smitten with.
