My apologies for not posting for a minute, but I have been swamped with work. I wanted to give you a quick update on my trip to the Netherlands for my cousin’s wedding, as I mentioned in my previous post.
After some discussion, we decided to take a short day trip to Amsterdam. Of course, I wanted to be comfortable and the weather was surprisingly pleasant for September in Holland. On the Outnet, I found this lightweight Rotate Birger Christensen Duddi dress that kept me cool and comfortable.
If you love avocados, I would highly recommend visiting The Avocado Show. I first stumbled across the Avocado Show last year at the Mall of Holland. Hubby and I instantly became obsessed!
Everything on the menu is made with of course the healthy fatty fruit. From avocado burgers to pokebowls and even ice cream!
The green dishes are super insta-worthy presented with edible flowers, beautifully stacked, or arranged as rose petals.

After brunch, we then headed for a little boat trip with Flagship Amsterdam, did lots of walking and finished the day in Amsterdam at Luminair.
