Last week was just full of adventures! My sister was in town for a week, took a little trip to Manchester as she has never been and I was also able to catch up with a friend from school. We also took a trip to Liverpool-saw a tv show being filmed while there, had lots of yummy food and coffee, took part in Blackpool’s ride the lights & and finished with an fantastic viewing of the Hot Ice Show at Pleasure Beach! I will be sharing everything over the next couple of weeks as I took loads of photos and of course outfit pictures!
Let’s first start with Manchester. We went for the day for some sightseeing, seeing a friend of mine, and a little bit of shopping. Just a 1 hour and 20 min direct train to Manchester Piccadilly. After getting off the train we decided to grab something to eat as we were all very hungry, hubby and our bestie came along as well. Found the cutest little cafe in the Northern Quarter called Fig and Sparrow.
Then headed to canal street to visit of high school friend who was in Manchester for a couple of weeks working on a broadway show. Had way to many drinks at VIA, reminiscing about the years past and a whole lot of catching up!
After meeting up with my friend; my sister, my husband and our friend headed to Arndale shopping centre as we were all a little hungry after those few drinks, and ended up ordering Taco Bell.
Next stop was WashHouse the coolest little speakeasy bar and a must visit for the most unique drinks I have ever had! Make sure you make a reservation!
We ended stopping by a few shops to end the day Primark, Selfridges and TKMaxx. Saw loads of cute pieces but walked away empty handed. As I’m trying to be good, but somehow ended up ordering some pieces from the OutNet from I got home!
