I love being comfortable and when I was in Salcombe for a few days that’s all I wanted to be. Salcombe is somewhat hilly, wedges and heels weren’t going to cut it for me this time. I’m not the tallest person, with being only 5’2 it is really hard to style maxi dresses with lace up sneakers. I don’t know why, just is. I find that it makes me shorter, but I did an alternative if you in the same boat as me!
Find a maxi dress that is not long. Something that comes to the ankles, like this adorable polka dot off the shoulder one from Romwe. It’s not long and is the perfect length to wear with lace up sneakers.
I just love the off the shoulder details and of course the polka dots! This dress comes in a few different colors which are all linked below! OH! did I mention its under $25!! For size reference I’m wearing a small, this dress is true to size and I would order your true size. The only downfall is, it is a little see-through and I would recommend wearing a slip underneath.
