Last weekend, I took a little trip to the Jamestown Settlement with my mom and my husband David.I remember going while I was in school on field trips, but that was to the recreation of the settlement. This time around, this was the actual settlement the British settled in on Jamestown Island. If you live in the Hampton Road area of Virginia or even in the state, I would definitely recommend visiting Jamestown. Located in America’s Historic Triangle.
I wanted to be comfy and warm, since I knew I was going to be walking around a settlement and it was a bit chilly. I purchased a few items on sale from Nordstrom, one of them including this blanket scarf from Treasure & Bond. This blanket scarf is so versatile and super soft, it definitely kept me warm and cozy walking around Jamestown. I might wear this on the plane when I head back to England in a few weeks! My only feedback on this item is, it does shed a lot. I found my white turtleneck covered in red fluff. But that’s why we have lint rollers right?!
