As you know, I love a good look for less since years ago, I had a blog dedicated to Nicole Richie and getting all her looks for less. I was extremely passionate about it and loved every minute of it. I still, to this day, love finding her outfits for less or cheaper alternatives. But now it has also expanded into well-known brands whose price points aren’t always in everyone’s budget, including mine. I do sometimes save for specific things or use sites like the Outnet, Farfetch or even TKMaxx (TJMaxx if you are from the US).
In previous blog posts I have mentioned the brand Zimmermann. A high-end designer brand from Australia with gorgeous feminine flowy pieces. From the delicate lace detailing to their gorgeous prints, you can’t really go wrong when buying Zimmermann—except maybe the price tag. With most pieces costing £400+, they can be very pricey.
I do own a few pieces by Zimmermann, but let’s be real, they have all been purchased from the Outnet and all on sale. Plus, I worked hard to splurge once in a while.
But don’t worry, there are so many shops or even maybe a local boutique that sell a Zimmermann inspired pieces. I have seen so many inspired pieces on websites SheIn, Zara, ASOS, and even Primark!
At the end of April, a local boutique in Lytham called Guilty Couture shared on their Instagram stories this gorgeous printed dress. I immediately replied with “OMG that dress!”. I even mentioned it was giving me Zimmerman vibes! Then a few days later, I was informed it was available to purchase and, within moments, I placed my order!
It’s was even prettier in person! The dress is such great quality and it’s lightweight/airy.
