Happy Tuesday Y’all Celebrated my 31st last week. Spent the day in Lytham enjoying the amazing weather we had, had some yummy poffertjes (Dutch mini pancakes) from Bubblelowe, and managed to squeeze some blog content in after.
If you are in the Lancashire area of England, I highly recommend visiting BubbleLowe in Lytham. The staff was super friendly and the poffertjes (Dutch mini pancakes) were delicious! I had mine with lotus biscoff and lotus biscoff creams. Hubby had his with nutella. I’m looking forward to going back and trying the rest of their menu!
