Today I’m sharing my second look with SheIn in a three part series. This adorable tie neck flower print dress is the perfect spring/summer dress! I just love everything about this dress, from the lightweight fabric, high neckline, and of course the floral print. I would highly recommend it in purchasing this little number. Plus it’s only £14 or $21. I would recommend not to wear it on a windy day because the skirt portion is light and will fly up with the wind. I also put a little silk underneath, since the fabric is very lightweight it is a little sheer.
